CHILD SAFETY STANDARDS

KGN Productions ("Palz", "we", "our", or "us") has ZERO TOLERANCE for
child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material
(CSAM). This document sets out our published standards for preventing,
detecting, and responding to CSAE on the Palz service, in accordance with
Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy.

1. ADULTS-ONLY SERVICE (18+)

Palz is strictly for adults aged 18 and over. Minors are prohibited from
creating an account or using the service.

  • Every user must confirm a date of birth at sign-up; accounts that do not
    meet the 18+ requirement are blocked from registering.
  • If we learn that a user is under 18, we terminate the account immediately
    and delete the associated data.
  • Our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy both require users to be 18+.

2. PROHIBITED CONDUCT AND CONTENT

The following are strictly forbidden on Palz and result in immediate account
termination and, where applicable, reporting to authorities:

  • Any child sexual abuse material (CSAM), or content that sexualizes,
    exploits, or endangers a minor.
  • Grooming, solicitation, or any attempt to contact, meet, or exploit a
    minor.
  • Sharing, requesting, or facilitating the exchange of CSAE/CSAM.
  • Any other conduct that sexualizes or endangers children.

3. HOW USERS CAN REPORT CHILD SAFETY CONCERNS

Palz provides in-app tools to report and block users and content. Any user can:

  • Use the in-app Report action on a profile, message, or post to flag
    content, including suspected child safety violations.
  • Block any user instantly from the profile or conversation.
  • Email us directly at legal@palzapp.com with the subject "Child Safety" to
    report a concern. We treat these reports as our highest priority.

4. HOW WE RESPOND

  • We review reports of suspected CSAE promptly.
  • Confirmed violations result in immediate removal of the content and
    permanent termination of the account(s) involved.
  • We preserve relevant evidence as permitted by law.
  • We report apparent child sexual abuse material to the National Center for
    Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via its CyberTipline
    (https://report.cybertip.org) and cooperate with regional and national law
    enforcement authorities as required by applicable law.

5. LEGAL COMPLIANCE

Palz complies with all applicable child safety laws in the jurisdictions where
it operates, including obligations to report child sexual abuse material to the
relevant regional and national authorities.
